Long Kurta Mulmul Grey

This is the long kurta in a soft, cool grey that goes with everything — hand-embroidered chikankari on mulmul cotton, cut to be lived in rather than saved for later.

Mulmul is the gauzy, feather-light cotton that Lucknow has always used for its finest chikankari — soft, breathable, and cool to the touch. On a warm day it moves air rather than trapping it, so the kurta stays comfortable from the school run to dinner.

Chikankari is Lucknow's white-thread shadow embroidery, stitched entirely by hand — no two pieces are identical, and that is the point. On mulmul cotton the stitches sit softly against the weave rather than on top of it.

Sizes follow the garment's bust measurement in inches. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, go one size up. Not sure? DM us on Instagram with your usual size and we'll confirm before dispatch.

Care

• Gentle hand wash in cold water, separately for the first wash
• Mild detergent; no bleach
• Do not wring — press out water and dry flat or on a hanger in the shade
• Iron on the reverse on a low setting, never directly on the embroidery
