EXCHANGE POLICY

Please review our exchange policy below:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • We have exchange option available exclusively for sizing issues.
  • To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and still have the original tags attached.
  • You may exchange the item for a different size of style, subject to availability.
  • Only one exchange per item is permitted.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 5 days of receipt, only if the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment in the original payment method.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, reach out to us and we will arrange the pick up as per your convenience. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to all cities in the UAE only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier or our delivery service depending on the location of the delivery.
Delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman shall be in 1 - 2 working days and from 3 - 5 working days for other cities in UAE. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
