A long kurta in a gentle lilac, with chikankari worked by hand in Lucknow. It is the fabric of festive chikankari — light enough for the weather, luminous enough for the occasion.
Chanderi is a sheer, lightweight silk-cotton weave from Madhya Pradesh with a soft, glassy sheen that catches the light as you move.
Every motif on this piece was embroidered by hand in Lucknow, the home of chikankari. Look closely at the reverse side and you'll see the shadow-work that machines cannot reproduce.

Care
- Dry clean or very gentle hand wash; never wring.
- Gentle hand wash in cold water, separately for the first wash
- Mild detergent; no bleach
- Do not wring — press out water and dry flat or on a hanger in the shade
- Iron on the reverse on a low setting, never directly on the embroidery
