This is the kurta and palazzo set in a clear, calm blue — hand-embroidered chikankari on pure cotton, cut to be lived in rather than saved for later.
Pure cotton with a smooth, matte finish — breathable, easy to wear and fully non-transparent, which is why our cotton pieces are the ones customers come back for. Nothing clings, nothing shows through, and it takes the embroidery beautifully.
Every motif on this piece was embroidered by hand in Lucknow, the home of chikankari. Look closely at the reverse side and you'll see the shadow-work that machines cannot reproduce.

Care
- Gentle hand wash in cold water, separately for the first wash
- Mild detergent; no bleach
- Do not wring — press out water and dry flat or on a hanger in the shade
- Iron on the reverse on a low setting, never directly on the embroidery
